Here we can also discuss your project in further detail and answer any questions you might have.
Once we get to know your project a bit and you have selected your packages, date, signed the contract and paid your retainer. We then send you a 'Next Steps' email.
This email contains everything you need to know, you also get access to your own private Trello board where all communication is held, along with a questionnaire about your brand. We want to get to know every detail!
We then begin the process on your chosen date, you have a timeline breakdown within Trello to follow along and know where we are day-by-day.
We ask all our clients to be super focused during the 1-3 weeks we are working together. Feedback within a few hours so that we keep your project on track. We get creative and have fun, this makes for the best client experience!
